my interview on the Dale Reed show -- KRMO radio

Dear Friends of the Mt. Vernon Horseshoe Theatre,

Last weekend ( April 8th ) I was interviewed on the Dale Reed Show -- KRMO radio 990 on the AM dial. He's on from 8 am to Noon every Saturday morning playing Bluegrass, Old Country, and an occasional, Gospel, Swing, Blue's or other 40's or 50's record. I've been advertising on his show thanks to Randy Corbin who suggested I do so.

I promoted Sue Williams & Company who were performing that evening at the Horseshoe. He commented that he knew a Sue Williams, years ago, and was wondering if she was the same woman. I called him to tell him that she was the same person he knew and he asked for my number and called me back 10 minutes later to do an on air interview.

He also mentioned that he thought he might come to the Horseshoe that night and he did which also brought new folks to the Horseshoe for their first time.

Dale has quite a following and has been in the audience twice so far at the Horseshoe. He's also invited me to the studio to meet some pro's who appear at Silver Dollar City every year.
